For how long should a 50 ml & a 100 ml bottle last?
One 50 ml bottle should last approximately 50 days of supplementation when the recommended daily dose is taken.

Is it safe for children to take NUION supplements?
Yes, children can take NUION supplements.
How much magnesium does one drop of Magnesium NUION contain?
One drop of magnesium contains approximately 2.8 mg of elemental magnesium. Additionally, 20 drops of magnesium are equal to 1 ml, and this dose provides 56.25 mg of magnesium.
Are your supplements safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women?
Yes, NUION supplements are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women. If in doubt, please consult your doctor.
Why don’t you sell NUION Magnesium together with vitamin B6?
Vitamin B6 is an activator of many decarboxylases, including histidine decarboxylase. This enzyme converts an amino acid histidine into histamine, which can be harmful for allergy sufferers when vitamin B6 is supplemented long-term. Magnesium, on the other hand, is a mineral that should be taken regularly.
Why are liquid dietary supplements safer than tablets?
Our liquid solutions are free from preservatives, sweeteners, and colourings, whereas these artificial substances are often present in tablet forms.
Why do we not use liposomal forms?
Liposomal forms have become popular recently due to their slower release, but liposomes are artificial carriers and not something the body naturally requires.
Why do you not produce a “chelated” magnesium?
We do not produce chelated magnesium because chelation refers to the binding of minerals to amino acids. Our supplements use highly soluble mineral compounds in water, making them inorganic.
How does the Collagen Booster work?
Collagen Booster contains natural stimulators for collagen production in our cells. It provides the building blocks necessary for collagen synthesis, and a small amount of marine collagen is quickly broken down into low-molecular-weight compounds, helping to produce collagen in the body.
Can I add all liquid forms to one glass of water?
Generally, yes. However, we recommend mixing supplements to be taken before meals in one glass and those to be taken after meals in another. The consumption instructions for each supplement are provided on the label.
Is your magnesium safe for the kidneys?
Yes. Magnesium, as a natural competitor to calcium, reduces the risk of calcium oxalate buildup in the kidneys, thereby decreasing the likelihood of kidney stone formation.
Why does your vitamin C contain curcumin?
Both vitamin C and curcumin have immunomodulatory properties. Their combination enhances their anti-inflammatory effects, providing better immune support.
Can I drink coffee while I supplement molybdenum?
No, you should not drink coffee when taking molybdenum because the mineral activates two enzymes that coffee inhibits.
