Collagen consists of the five amino acids: glycine, proline, lysine, also hydroxyproline and hydroxylysine.
Collagen functions in the human body:
- improves the quality of the skin and nails,
- has a positive effect on the bones and joints,
- fights wrinkles and prevents skin aging.
Marine collagen particles are much smaller than livestock collagen particles, which makes such collagen more effective.

Dietary supplement in the form of capsules containing:
2 capsules: L-lysine – 560 mg, collagen – 260 mg, vitamin C – 80 mg (100% NRV*), boron – 1,76 mg, copper – 0,16 mg (16% NRV*). *Nutrient reference value.
Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule twice a day. Take after meals.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
