Iron is a special formula of an enhanced iron (II) fumarate, which ensures high bioavailability of iron.
Iron is an essential element for the body. Thanks to it, we can transport oxygen from the lungs to the tissues, it is present in haemoglobin, myoglobin and tissue enzymes responsible for oxidation-reduction processes. Iron is present in many proteins and enzymes which, in addition to respiration, support basic biological functions such as energy production, DNA synthesis, metabolism of toxic substances and the fight against bacteria and viruses by the immune system.

Dietary supplement in the form of capsules containing:
2 capsules: vitamin C β 360 mg (450% NRV*), vitamin E β 100 mg (833% NRV*), iron β 20 mg (142% NRV*). *Nutrient reference value.
Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule twice a day. Take after meals.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
