The liquid formula of NUION Life Bank helps restoring the electrolyte balance during physical and mental burden. We recommend 1 sachet before training and 1 sachet after. For longer workouts, we recommend 1 sachet every 1 hour of physical exercise.
On days apart from physical activity, 1-2 sachets a day are recommended between meals.
Dissolve one sachet in 1/2 of a glass of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.
