B-Complex is a combination of the active forms of B vitamins necessary for our body into one product, additionally enriched with spirulina and zinc for better utilisation by the body.
B vitamins are essential for proper energy metabolism, have a positive effect on the functioning of the central nervous system, intellectual productivity, and decrease of fatigue.
The innovative combination of our B-Complex with zinc and spirulina is of great importance, zinc is important both for the absorption of B vitamins from the gastrointestinal tract and increases the effectiveness of these vitamins in target tissues.
Spirulina also has a similar effect, as it stimulates the receptors in the small intestine mucosal cells, increases the absorption of B vitamins, and at the same time contributes to the detoxification. In addition, this combination of ingredients also protects from oxidative stress.
B-complex is, therefore, an ideal supplementation to the diet for physically active people, those suffering from mental and environmental stress, and also for those who especially need concentration and intellectual performance at work.

Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule a day. Take before meals.
