Description

Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) is involved in various oxidation-reduction processes, and it also plays an important role in the activity of the nervous system. Vitamin B2-dependent enzymes are an important element of defense against oxidative stress.

The functions of vitamin B2 in the body:

Composition

Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), vitamin B2 (riboflavin).

Suitable for vegans.

Dosage

Dietary supplement in the form of capsules containing:
1 capsule: vitamin B2 – 20 mg (1428% NRV*). *Nutrient reference value.

Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule a day. Take after meals.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
