Vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate, i.e. the active form of this vitamin, regulates many biochemical reactions in the body.

Composition

Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate).

Dosage

Dietary supplement in the form of capsules containing:
1 capsule: vitamin B6 – 6 mg (429% NRV*). *Nutrient reference value.

Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule a day. Take before meals.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
