MCT oil, vitamin K2MK7 (menaquinone-7), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), grapefruit oil.

Dosage

Recommended daily dose: 2 squirts for an adult. 1 squirt contains 30 g vitamin K2MK7 (40% NRV*), 25g of vitamin D (1000 IU) (500% NRV*), 2 squirts contain 60 g vitamin K2MK7 (80% NRV*) 50 g of vitamin D (2000 IU) (1000% NRV*). *Nutrient reference value.
