Chrom ist ein Spurenelement, dessen Hauptaufgabe im Glukosestoffwechsel liegt.
Es hilft dem Körper, den Blutzuckerspiegel zu kontrollieren, indem es seinen Verbrauch durch das Gewebe verbessert, sowie den Appetit besser zu kontrollieren, indem es den Insulinspiegel im Blut beeinflusst.
Chromfunktionen im menschlichen Körper:
